Applesauce Spice Muffins

16 Nov

Is it just me or does this photo of  my muffins have a radioactive green tinge to it?  Yikes. This past week-end I made some very delicious Apple Spice Muffins for the family.  It’s an easy recipe and the muffins are so moist and tasty.  My kids ate about 4 each before I realised what was going on.  Not a lot of dinner was eaten that evening.    Here’s the recipe if you want to give them a try as well.  I found it on I didn’t use the spice topping but I’m sure it would be really nice with it as well.
